Custom Orders (Loose Gemstone Enquiries)
At Ceyvora, every custom piece is made uniquely for you - based on your selected gemstone, cut, carat, colour, and grade.

A 50% deposit is required to begin production once your design and gemstone are confirmed.

After confirmation and production begins, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

When your piece is finished, we will send you a video preview before shipping.

All custom orders are final sale once approved for shipping.
Online Shop Orders (Ready-to-Buy Pieces)
For ready-to-ship items:

Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

You will receive a video preview of your piece prior to shipment.

Shipping & Damage Policy

All orders ship via secure, insured couriers such as DHL Express, FedEx.

Every shipment includes full tracking, signature on delivery, and insurance.

Shipping times typically range from 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

A video preview of your finished piece will be sent before it is shipped.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos (and unboxing video if possible).

We will promptly work with the shipping carrier to file an insurance claim.

If damage during shipping is confirmed, you will be offered a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Ceyvora is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft after delivery has been signed for.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival; these fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
