Ceyvora Refund, Order & Shipping Policy

Custom Orders (Loose Gemstone Enquiries)

At Ceyvora, every custom piece is made uniquely for you - based on your selected gemstone, cut, carat, colour, and grade.

  • A 50% deposit is required to begin production once your design and gemstone are confirmed.

  • After confirmation and production begins, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

  • When your piece is finished, we will send you a video preview before shipping.

  • All custom orders are final sale once approved for shipping.

 

Online Shop Orders (Ready-to-Buy Pieces)

For ready-to-ship items:

  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • You will receive a video preview of your piece prior to shipment.

  • All sales are final.

 

Shipping & Damage Policy

  • All orders ship via secure, insured couriers such as DHL Express, FedEx.

  • Every shipment includes full tracking, signature on delivery, and insurance.

  • Shipping times typically range from 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • A video preview of your finished piece will be sent before it is shipped.

 

If Your Order Arrives Damaged

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos (and unboxing video if possible).

  • We will promptly work with the shipping carrier to file an insurance claim.

  • If damage during shipping is confirmed, you will be offered a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Important Notes

  • Ceyvora is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft after delivery has been signed for.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival; these fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
